Under ideal conditions, deer have been detected at 1000 yards! Extremely useful for hunters- allows finding lost or wounded animals, even at night. Police and security officers can scan dark rooms and search wooded areas. Fire personnel use the Life Finder to locate hot spots and hidden fires. Built-in computer allows fully automatic operation and also makes it easy to select options: LED display or audio signal, manual gain, squelch and display brightness.
